Non-mainland UK and International Delivery
We welcome orders from non-mainland UK addresses such as Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for these postcodes will be calculated automatically at the checkout.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm same day, orders placed after that will be dispatched next working day. During exceptionally busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We offer several delivery services at different prices to best match our customers needs. We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.
How can I track the status of my order?
We will send you emails to inform you payment has been accepted and also that your order has been dispatched. In the 'confirmation of shipment' email we will include any tracking numbers so you can track the status of your parcel. Please visit the UK Mail website to do this.
All of our delivery services except from 'Standard service' can be tracked.

Which days will my order be delivered on?
Deliveries are made from 07.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday.
Special delivery instructions
If you have any instructions for delivery such as arranging for a parcel to be left in a safe location please include these in the 'special instructions' box in the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.
Customers paying through PayPal Express can add special instructions through the 'Note to seller' button which is located underneath delivery address on the PayPal payment screen.
How carefully are orders packaged?
Items will be packed accordingly to there size, weight, fragility. Anything that could get easily damaged during delivery will be packaged carefully in a box with bubble wrap.
My order arrived damaged
If an item arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible on 01752 661868 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you of the best course of action. In most cases we will instruct you to return the item back to us for an exchange or refund. In either case you will be refunded the costs of posting the item back to us. Please do not return items to us without speaking to a member of the customer services team first.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, subject to conditions, the Customer has the right to cancel any Order for any reason and get a full refund at any time before he receives the Goods, or up to 7 working days after he receives the Goods.
Items which have been personalised with bespoke engraving cannot be returned.
To return an item please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods via email on email@example.com and include the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number
- Order date
- Reason for return
Cancelled Orders shall be returned in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and protected and insured during transit at your own cost. We recommend you use a “ signed for” service as Stylus Engravers cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit to us.
The Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on Goods which are returned if they where ordered in error or are no longer required. If the Goods are faulty or being returned under warranty then your postage charges will be refunded. Please allow 7 days for us to process refunds.
