In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, subject to conditions, the Customer has the right to cancel any Order for any reason and get a full refund at any time before he receives the Goods, or up to 7 working days after he receives the Goods.
Items which have been personalised with bespoke engraving cannot be returned.
To return an item please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
Cancelled Orders shall be returned in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and protected and insured during transit at your own cost. We recommend you use a “ signed for” service as Stylus Engravers cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit to us.

The Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on Goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required. If the Goods are faulty or being returned under warranty then your postage charges will be refunded. Please allow 7 days for us to process refunds.
