Can I choose how my engraving is layed out?
Yes, depending on the product specified... We have an area called "special instructions" in the ordering phase to allow you to note any special engraving instructions

When will Stylus send out my order?
Our standard despatch is the next working day after the day you placed your order (i.e. not including weekends).

How will Stylus send out my order?
For the UK... Via overnight next day courier, many years of experience has taught us that this is best way to achieve a guaranteed next day tracked delivery. Our discounted cost is only £6.00

What if I'm not home when the parcel is delivered?
If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel they will leave a card - you will need call the number on the card to arrange re-delivery (this is not charged for). Please note; it is your responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery, Stylus will not accept responsibility where this has not occurred.

What are working days for Stylus?
Working days are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm GMT.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do, please email for delivery costs.

What if my engraving is wrong?
If your engraving is wrong due to a mistake by Stylus we will replace your order using our Express Service.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order you need to tell us within 24 hours of you placing the order, however, if your order has already been engraved you cannot cancel your order. Cancellations cannot be accepted after this time or if your order has already been engraved.

Returns Policy
Once a product is engraved we will not replace it unless the engraving is wrong or the product is broken. You cannot return an engraved product if you change your mind about the actual product as it's impossible to un-engrave and resell the item.

What if Stylus are out of stock of an item?
If Stylus are out of stock of an item you have ordered, you will be contacted within 24 hours by phone or email and be offered an alternative item or a full refund.

What if I have special delivery requirements or instructions?
If you have special delivery instructions, there is a box where you can enter your requirements at Stage 2 of the checkout procedure.
